I want to exchange my product
An exchange is no problem, provided that your product is still unworn, the original packaging including accessories is available and the return period of 14 days has not been exceeded. Cancel your order and order your desired product again in the online shop. This is necessary because we have to issue you a new invoice.
Your new product will then be shipped by us as soon as possible and will be with you within 5 to 8 working days.
As soon as your return has arrived with us, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days in the original payment method. If you have ordered on account, our payment provider Klarna will be informed about the credit. The shipping costs are to be paid by you in this case.
I want to return my product
Really a pity that it didn't work out with you and your MAGNETO model!
A return is possible for 14 days, provided that the product is unworn and the original packaging including accessories is available. Please follow the instructions for cancellation in the terms and conditions and send the model to:

We ship all packages with DHL. It takes about 5-8 business days after your order is placed for your product to arrive within Germany.

Are Magneto watches available on Amazon?
No, our watches are not available on Amazon!

What distinguishes a MAGNETO WATCH from other providers?
We are the first magnetic watch provider with a technically developed solution developed in Germany, which allows us to position the outer and inner sphere according to the typical European hand arrangement.
The outer sphere replaces the minute hand and the inner sphere replaces the hour hand. You can read the MAGNETO watches like any other analog wristwatch.
How do I read the time on MAGNETO watches?
MAGNETO watches have two metal spheres that circle the dial with the help of magnetism. You can imagine it as similar to moons orbiting a planet. The outer sphere replaces the minute hand, and the inner sphere replaces the hour hand.
Why can the spheres move freely?
That's the magic trick of MAGNETO watches, which always leaves people amazed! When you give the spheres momentum by, for example, quickly moving your wrist, they detach and swing freely in their orbits. Once they reach the correct position (time), they snap back to the magnet and show you the exact time. This is another feature of MAGNETO watches that makes them truly special.
Can the spheres fall out?
No, the spheres are anchored in a conical orbit and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out, but only move within their orbit.
Are MAGNETO watches battery-powered?
Yes, MAGNETO watches are powered by a conventional watch battery. The battery size is 371 (SR920SW) with 1.55V.
Why don't MAGNETO watches have glass?
This is one of the unique features of MAGNETO watches. The spheres move in conical orbits and cannot fall out. If some dust enters the orbits, it is not a disaster and does not affect the functionality. You can simply blow out the dirt particles or remove them with the included cleaning cloth.
Are MAGNETO watches waterproof?
MAGNETO watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. This means they are splash-proof. A little splashing water will not harm the watches. However, you should definitely take off the watch for swimming.

Can the bracelet be replaced?
Yes, the straps of MAGNETO watches are compatible with each other. They have a strap lug width of 20mm. This means you can get any MAGNETO model with any of our straps or order additional straps. The exception is the MAGNETO Venus women's watch, as it has a narrower strap than the other models.

How does payment with Klarna work? / Buy now, pay later

I can't use any of the specified payment methods - what now?
If the specified payment methods are not suitable for you, please inform us of your desired model and address via the service form.
We will then gladly send you a proforma invoice with our bank details and you can transfer the amount directly.
Something went wrong with my order/payment - what now?
If there were problems with the payment process, please follow these steps:
- Please check your email inbox to see if you have received an order confirmation from us. If so, the payment has gone through and we will process your order as soon as possible.
- Please check all email inboxes including the spam folder.
- If you have not received an order confirmation by email, you can be sure that no order has been received by us and no payment has been made to us. Simply place the order again and make sure to receive an order confirmation by email.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all packages with DHL. It takes about 5-8 working days after your order for your product to arrive, if you are outside Germany.
What is the ordering process like?
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Did you possibly enter the wrong email address?
- Did the email end up in the spam folder of your email account?
- The order was not successfully completed.
How and where can I check my order status?
As soon as we have packed and made your order ready for shipping, you will receive a notification by email. In this email, you will find the DHL tracking number including the link to track your shipment.
Can I change my order afterwards?
It is very important to us that every customer receives their package as quickly as possible. Since we process and ship the order within a short period of time, unfortunately, no changes can be made afterwards.
My discount code is not working
Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be combined. This means that only one code can be applied per order. The respective code can be redeemed in the checkout through the field "Apply discount code" .
If your discount includes a free product, it is important to also add it to the shopping cart. Please also note the terms and conditions of the discount or promotion.

How does shipping work?
We ship throughout Europe with DHL - shipping is free for you. After your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a shipping confirmation including a tracking number and link to track your shipment.
To ensure that your product arrives quickly and in perfect condition, we ship your orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment with DHL.
Your order will then arrive with you within 5-8 working days.
Do you also deliver to DHL Packstations?
Yes, we also ship orders to DHL Packstations.

My product arrived damaged. What now?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please follow these steps:
- Fill out our service form and send us photos of all sides of the product so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
The shipment status doesn't change - what can I do?
Waiting is no fun - we know how frustrating it can be when there are problems or delays with shipping.
If the status of your package hasn't changed for several days, you can contact us through the service form and we can request an investigation for you from DHL.
My package arrived empty or damaged - what now?
We're sorry that your model arrived damaged or the package was empty. Please follow these steps:
- Report the damage immediately to DHL.
- Fill out our service form and send us photos of all sides of the package as well as the contents so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
