I want to exchange my product

Exchanging is not a problem, as long as your product is unworn, the original packaging including accessories is available, and the return period of 14 days has not been exceeded. Cancel your order and reorder your desired product in the online shop. This is necessary because we need to issue a new invoice for you.

Your new product will then be shipped by us as soon as possible and will be with you within 2 to 3 working days.

Once your return has arrived with us, the amount will be refunded in the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days. If you have ordered on account, our payment provider Klarna will be informed of the credit. In this case, please bear the shipping costs.

I want to return/give back a product

Really sorry that it didn't work out with you and your MAGNETO model!

A return is possible for 14 days, provided that the product is unworn and the original packaging including accessories is available. Please follow the withdrawal instructions in the terms and conditions and send the model to:

We ship all packages with DHL. Within Germany, it takes about 2-3 working days after your order until your product arrives.

How and where can I check my shipment status?

As soon as we have packed and made your order ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email, you will find your DHL tracking number and also the link to shipment tracking.

Are Magneto watches available on Amazon?

No, our watches are not available on Amazon!

Similar watches that you find on Amazon are not original Magneto watches and display the time upside down! Please pay attention to the arrangement of the hour and minute hands.

What sets a MAGNETO WATCH apart from other providers?

We are the first magnetic watch provider with a technically developed solution in Germany, which allows us to position the outer and inner ball according to the typical European hand arrangement.

The outer ball replaces the minute hand, and the inner ball replaces the hour hand. You can read the MAGNETO watches like any other analog wristwatch.

How do I read the time on MAGNETO watches?

The MAGNETO watches have two metal balls that orbit the dial with the help of magnetism. You can imagine it similar to moons orbiting a planet. The outer ball replaces the minute hand, and the inner ball replaces the hour hand.

Why can the balls move freely?

This is the magical trick of MAGNETO watches that never fails to amaze people! When you give momentum to the balls, for example, by moving your wrist abruptly, they detach and swing freely in their orbits. Once they reach the right position (time), they snap into the magnet and show you the exact time. This is another characteristic of MAGNETO watches, making them truly special.

Can the balls fall out?

No, the balls are anchored in a conical trajectory and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out but only move within their trajectory.

Are MAGNETO watches battery-powered?

Yes, MAGNETO watches are powered by a conventional watch battery. The battery size is 371 (SR920SW) with 1.55V.

Why don't MAGNETO watches have glass?

This is one of the peculiarities of MAGNETO watches. The balls move in conical trajectories and cannot fall out. If some dust gets into the trajectories, it's not a disaster, and the functionality is not affected. You can easily blow or wipe away dirt particles with the provided cleaning cloth.

Are MAGNETO watches waterproof?

MAGNETO watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM, making them splash-resistant. In other words, a little splash of water won't harm the watches. However, you should definitely remove the watch for swimming.

Can the bracelet be replaced?

Yes, the bracelets of MAGNETO watches are interchangeable. They have a lug width of 20mm. This means you can get any MAGNETO model with any of our bracelets or order additional bracelets. An exception is the MAGNETO Venus women's watch, as it has a narrower bracelet than the other models.

Are MAGNETO watches available in retail stores?

No, currently, our watches are not available for purchase in retail stores.

If the specified payment methods are not suitable for you, please inform us of your desired model and address via the service form.

We will then gladly send you a prepayment invoice with our bank details, and you can transfer the amount directly.

Something went wrong with the order/payment - what now?

If there were issues with the payment process, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email inbox for an order confirmation from us. If you have received it, the payment was successful, and we will process your order as soon as possible.
  2. Check all email inboxes, including the spam folder.
  3. If you haven't received an order confirmation by email, you can be sure that no order has been placed with us, and no payment has been made. Simply place the order again and pay attention to the order confirmation by email.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all packages with DHL. Within Germany, it takes about 2-3 working days from your order until your product arrives.

How does the ordering process work?

You can easily order our products in our online shop and receive an order confirmation by email or SMS after completing your order.

If you haven't received an order confirmation, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Was the wrong email address entered?
  • Did the email land in the spam folder of your email account?
  • The order was not successfully completed.

How and where can I check my order status?

Once we have packed and made your order ready for shipment, you will receive a notification by email. In this email, you will find the DHL tracking number along with the link for shipment tracking.

Can I change my order afterwards?

It is very important to us that every customer receives their package as quickly as possible. Since we process and ship the order within a short period, unfortunately, no subsequent changes are possible.

My discount code is not working

Please note that discounts and promotions are not combinable. This means that only one code can be applied per order. The respective code can be redeemed in the checkout through the field "Apply discount code."

If your discount includes a free product, it is important to also add it to the shopping cart. Please also consider the conditions of the discount or the respective promotion.

If it still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of the error message and the discount code via our service form. We will strive for a prompt solution. :)

How does shipping work?

We ship throughout Europe with DHL, and shipping is free for you. After your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and upon shipment, a shipping confirmation including the tracking number and link for shipment tracking.

To ensure that your product arrives quickly and flawlessly, we dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment with DHL.

Your order will then arrive within 2-3 working days.

Do you deliver to DHL packing stations?

Yes, we are happy to send orders to DHL packing stations.

My product arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry that your product arrived damaged. Please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out our service form and send us photos from all sides of the product so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

The shipment status is not changing - what can I do?

Waiting is no fun - we understand how frustrating it can be when there are problems or delays in shipping.

If the status of your package has not changed for several days, feel free to contact us through the service form. We can then request an investigation from DHL on your behalf.

My package arrived empty or damaged - what now?

We're sorry that your model arrived damaged or the package was empty. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the damage immediately to DHL.
  2. Fill out our service form and send us photos from all sides of the package as well as the contents so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
